Vanamahothsava Programme 2019

Vanamahothsava Programme 2019 was organized at Srinivas University campus, Mukka on 28-08-2019. The programme was conducted by College of computer science and information science in association with college of Social sciences and humanities, srinivas university in collaboration with Forest Department Mangaluru region. The students of 1st year BCA and 2nd year MSW along with faculty started off at around 9 :30 AM in college bus arranged from Srinivas University city campus, Pandeshwar towards Mukka and reached by 10:30 AM.

The Sri. Sreedhara, Forest Ranger, Mangaluru region inaugurated the programme by planting a fruit sapling. Dr. Laveena D'mello, Dean of the Department of Social work and Humanities, Mr. Pradeep M. D. coordinator, Unnath Bharath Abhiyan, Srinivas University, Dr. Vidya N, Faculty of the Department, Mrs. Bhavishya and Ms. Sangeetha Prabhu, Faculty of Computer Science Department were present. Seventy Students participated in the programme and the programme came to end  around 2 PM by planting 25 fruit saplings. Later on refreshments were provided to all participants.
